This Privacy Policy describes how NatureSphere Carry LLC ("we," "us," "our") collects, uses and shares information when you visit naturespherecarry.com or contact us. We operate a part-time staffing and job-alert service in Colorado.

We also collect limited technical information (such as IP address and browser type) for security and to prevent abuse of our forms.

How we use information

We use your information to respond to your inquiries, match candidates with part-time opportunities, send job alerts and application updates (only if you opt in), operate and improve our site, and comply with applicable law.

How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only with service providers who help us operate — for example hosting, email and SMS delivery platforms — and with mobile carriers as needed to deliver messages, or when required by law.

Your mobile information will not be sold or shared with third parties for promotional or marketing purposes.

All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties. We will not share your opt-in to an SMS campaign with any third party for purposes unrelated to providing you with the services of that campaign. We may share your Personal Data, including your SMS opt-in or consent status, with third parties that help us provide our messaging services, including but not limited to platform providers, phone companies, and any other vendors who assist us in the delivery of text messages.

Conversely, we may share with employers the information you ask us to share when you apply for a role or ask us to introduce you, such as your name, contact details and work preferences.

Text messages and opt-out

You control whether you receive text messages. Opting in is optional and is never a condition of registration. Reply STOP at any time to opt out of text messages (or END, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, QUIT). Our services are intended for adults seeking employment. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
